I watched the video that discussed uploading pictures, and I used a digital camera to take my pictures. However, when I try to edit the image to 1000 pixels it has an exclamation mark next to the original size which is 260 x 340. It says it can only downgrade a pixel not make it larger. I'm confused how to make mine 1000 pixels then since it will not let me.

Hi Emily,
I would suggest resizing the images before uploading them to the site. You can use programs like Preview or Photoshop to do so!

Hi!!
I had the same problem as Emily so I tried resizing the image in Preview and Photoshop and I just can't upload the vertical photos. I now understand that I can't scale the photos up, just down; but I still don't know what to do because nothing works.

I have also been having the same issues. I have tried editing before uploading as well and it does not work. I have taken photos vertically and horizontally and cannot seem to get sizes past the original pixels.
