Intership packet

Hi! So in the training video on uploading articles, the internship packet (pdf) is pulled up to search for tags. Where can I find that PDF? I clicked on the internship packet link that was sent in an email and just sends me to a google folder with the grammar guide, style guide and "internship packet". The one labeled "internship packet" is not the same document pulled up in the video though... help please.
