I'm having some trouble with my full body vertical shot for the style guru bio. I resized all of my images in photoshop first to have dimensions of 1000 pixels wide. I then saved my photo-it had dimensions of 1000x1500. Then when I go to upload it onto the article, it automatically makes it smaller (663x1083). It will not let me change the size back to the original size of 1000x1500. I have deleted it and reuploaded it several times and nothing changes. I don't know why I only have this problem with my vertical photo, because my horizontal photos maintain their dimensions when uploaded. I double and triple checked to make sure that the dimensions were correct before uploading the vertical photo. Can someone explain how to fix this? Thanks!

I need help with this, too! All my landscape photos seem to be fine but my vertical shot keeps resizing to something smaller than the original!

Okay I just re-read an email and it says that this is totally normal and it's fine!! Lol I guess I just didn't remember reading that. It's in the email with subject "weekly announcements". So we are all good to go  |
