Internship Credit

Hi there! So I'm trying to figure out how to request school credit for my internship and Melissa advised me to check the internship packet, but I can't seem to access the new one.

I sent a request for access to the google doc for the internship packet and it just says my request has been sent but I can't see the actual packet. Is this right?
